1. Limited Industry Sunrise. Registration open May 22 - May 29. This Sunrise period is only open for members of Mobile Industry Organsitions such as Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association (AMTA), Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA), The Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA), GSM Association (GSMA), Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF), Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), NZ Wireless Forum and the Rural Cellular Association (RCA).
2. Trademark Sunrise, Open for registrations June 12 to September 22. This sunrise period is open for all trademark holders.
3. General Registration. Commences September 26. This period begins with a two week landrush period where registration is offered at a premium cost.
Application requirements
Domainnames are awarded on a first come first serve basis.
For sunrise applications the following information is required:
- Trademark name (must be three or more ASCII characters)
- Trademark identification number
- Date of Trademark application (this date must be before July 11th 2005)
- Date of granting of trademark
- Country of trademark registration
Applications filed during the sunrise period will be locked for all type of updates untill the end of 2006 due to potential domain name disputes.
It is therefore important that the domain names that intent to be operable before this time should have pre-configured namservers already in the order.
We will not be able to delegate a sunrise awarded domain name before the end of december 2006.
